Welcome to my little patch of the internet, where I ramble through music, art, travel, and the occasional attempt at healthy living. Music usually sneaks in first, especially when I’m tuned into the radio, or my Spotify playlist, because honestly, where else would you find such a glorious mix of sound?
Meanwhile, art pops up in more places than galleries alone. In the North, you’ll find colour splashed across city walls in Manchester and Liverpool, but also tucked into the side streets of smaller towns. I’ve gathered some of my favourites on my street art board, because sometimes a mural tells a story better than any museum ever could.
In addition, I ramble through travel, wandering cobbled lanes in York, catching sunsets over the Pennines, or plotting my next trip with nothing more than a train app and a rough sense of direction. After all, getting a little lost is part of the fun.
Of course, rambling feels a lot better when I’m looking after myself. I dip into a mix of modern wisdom and more holistic approaches to wellbeing, because balance comes in many shapes. Some days it’s an early night and a stretch, other days it’s coffee and cake before the next adventure.
Instead of offering tidy lists or polished itineraries, I meander. Sometimes I chase stories, other times I stumble into curious discoveries, and every now and then I just pause to enjoy the mess of it all. Either way, you’re invited to ramble along with me.
